Picture the scene - it's Friday afternoon, it's been a busy week, the world is flooding and you're thinking about how you're going to get home when you get a call from someone telling you that she can't send emails from her google mail and did you have any ideas? Yep, that was me.... And Greg took the call and ended up spending the best part of 2 hours sorting out my mail issue.
